More About Brain Vitamins


Human brain needs different vitamins such as vitamin A, B and D. These vitamins have distinct features and functions in brain health.

Vitamin A – It is revealed that vitamin A is associated with brain center called Hippocampus and its development. This center is learning center and learning capabilities depend on this center. Intake of vitamin A can enhance learning, grasping and absorbing capabilities.

Vitamin B – Vitamin B has many components like vitamin B12, B6, B9, B3. These vitamins are necessary for memory enhancement, memory loss prevention and decreasing rate of memory loss.


Vitamin D – Studies show that vitamin D us related with psychological health. Lack of vitamin D is one of the main reasons for depression.
