Facts About Brain


As per the scientific research and studies, three main essentials for brain Vitamins, antioxidants and Omega-3 fatty acids. Among these three essentials, antioxidants are very important with its cell protecting properties. Brain is the most metabolically active body organ that consumes about 20 percent of oxygen despites of its weight is about 2 percent of the body. Free radicals are the most dangerous in damaging brain cells. They enter through fried food or metabolic processes. Besides this, fatty membranes of brain cells lead to oxidative damage.
